Overview
“Web Development for Kids” course provides an accessible and engaging introduction to the world of web development, designed specifically for kids.Kids will learn the essential building blocks of web development, including HTML for structure, CSS for design and layout, and JavaScript for interactivity. They’ll gain practical skills to create their own websites from scratch.Through a series of project-based lessons, kids will apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. They’ll develop problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and gain experience in creating interactive and visually appealing websites.
Course Objectives:
- Kids will learn the fundamental concepts of coding and develop a solid foundation in web development, including understanding how websites are built and how coding languages work together.
- Students will acquire the skills to construct web pages using HTML, style them with CSS, and add interactive elements using JavaScript. They'll be able to create personalized and visually appealing websites.
- The course encourages kids to think creatively and innovate while building their websites. They'll have the opportunity to express their unique ideas through custom designs, layouts, and interactive features.
- Students will understand the importance of user experience and learn how to create user-friendly websites. They'll explore concepts such as navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness to ensure a positive user experience.
